Q - My company or the products are already listed; what I am supposed to do?
A - We created initial listings of companies and their products to give businesses better understanding of our websites. These listings will be removed when trial period ends on 01/31/10. You can login to your account as well and replace what we created for you or ask for removal by Contacting Us through any of our websites.
Q - How much is the cost of using any or all of our websites/services?
A - All services are free during Beta (trial) version which is scheduled to end on 01/31/10 when Suppliers/Vendors will be asked to move on to a paid service or their accounts will be closed. Please check our Media Kit for pricing model.
Q - I am Interested in Media Kit; how can I get one?
A - Please ask for media kit by replying to this email or request Media Kit from Vendors menu on any of the three websites we own.
Q - Your websites show incoming RFQs but we are not able to submit quotes; why?
A - Only "Preferred Vendors" are authorized to submit quotes to potential buyers. Please register as "Preferred Vendor" (not advertiser) and once approved, you can login to your account and see all open requests for quotes (RFQs) from buyers of custom peptides, antibodies or DNAs. Simply click on any record to view its details or to submit your quote for buyers to select and place their order online (Ours is "reverse eBay" model).
Q - Why Vendors/Suppliers need to be approved to submit quotes?
A - Not every Supplier/Vendor can perform Custom Services. To make sure our customers receive quality products and services from Supplier/Vendors they find on our websites, we have decided to limit such pool of "Preferred Vendors" to 40 (subject to change - might go up/down). Only Preferred Vendors can submit quotes online.
Q - I have my company's product catalog; how can I upload products to your website?
A - You can register as Preferred Vendor or just an Advertiser to upload your products by yourself using Excel sheets. Or you can ask us via reply email to do so for free of cost (NOTE: Excel file must have products properly formatted in columns in categories, subcategories, etc. or we might ask for compensation - please ask for sample if not sure about Excel sheet's columns we accept).
Q - What additional options do Vendors/Suppliers have to promote their businesses/products?
A - Please register as Preferred Vendor or Advertiser and advantage of your company's pop-up we display everywhere we show your company's name or logo. You can promote up to 10 products on this pop-up we have designed for you! (check media kit for details).
Q - Is PeptideQuotes.com based in the US?
A - Yes. We are privately held company based in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
